1 Introduction

3 IP addresses and cookies

3.1 We may collect information about your computer including, where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

4.1 The ETA that we collect from you is processed by staff who work either for us or one of our group companies, our agents, or for one of our service providers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfillment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.

4.2 Your data may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Chinese Area. It may also be processed by staff or agents operating outside the Chinese Area, for example if your order is for delivery outside the Chinese Area. The ETA Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with that Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee not exceeding $10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
